Gibraltar Global Competencies Program

The Washington Center and the government of Gibraltar are offering scholarships for Gibraltarian students to participate in The Washington Center’s Global Competencies Program in Washington D.C. in the fall of 2017.

The Global Competencies Program is designed to empower students and recent graduates to become future leaders who will go back to their communities and contribute to their country’s development. Recognizing current needs and a skills gap in the labor force, this program is a cutting-edge experience that will equip participants with experience and expertise needed to succeed in a competitive international labor market.
